1 family can of cream of chicken soup
2 7 oz cans of diced green chillies
1 finely chopped onion (optional)
2 big chicken breasts diced (cooked)
extra spice add 1 can of jalapeño (optional)
Layer corn tortilla, then mixture, then shredded cheddar cheese. Repeat.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until hot throughout.
