Strawberry Whipped Sensation

Source: The Good Housekeeping Magazine

4 cup fresh strawberries, divided
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tub (8 oz) cool whip, divided
8 OREO cookies, finely chopped
1 Tbsp butter, melted

Line 8x4 inch loaf pan with foil. Mash 2 cups of strawberries in large bowl. Stir in condensed milk, juice, and 2 cups of cool whip. Pour into pan.
Combine chopped cookies and butter. Press into top of strawberry mixture in the pan. Cover.

Freeze at least 6 hrs. To serve, invert onto plate. Remove foil. Frost with remaining cool whip. Top with remaining sliced strawberries.

Makes 12 servings.
We made this at my sister's house. It was really easy to make (just remember to plan ahead, because it should be put in the freezer over night). A perfect dessert for a hot day.
