Russian Cucumber/Tomato Salad

6 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
1/2 C Sour cream
3 Green onions, finely chopped
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
1 sprig fresh Dill, finely chopped

Cut tomatoes and cucumbers into large bite-sized pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients. (If preparing in advance, don't mix in the sour cream until ready to serve.)

This is a great dish for a hot summer day.

I made this last night--it was too late for a big dinner but we wanted something not just "snacky" and it was great, Nate likes it!! I substituted about 3 cups of grape tomatoes, halved, because they needed to be used up. :)

I'm glad you guys (or at least Nate) enjoyed it :) It's a "go to" recipe whenever we have Russian company

I liked it too :) I generally like any kind of salad.
It's just a success when he also likes it ;)
Thanks again, Susan!
